Job Description:  Enterprise Services Division Chief

 

Job Location:  Sierra Vista, AZ

 

Security Clearance:  Secret

 

Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting program focused on operation, maintenance, and defense of the CONUS portion of the Army’s Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A).As the Enterprise Services Division Chief:

 

 

  • Supports the contract leadership team (Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and division chiefs) in directing the work and technical performance for the contract.
  • Provides guidance and support to the division team leads as they operate, maintain, and defend: Army CONUS Active Directory forest; emerging IP/VTC and VoIP capabilities; enterprise telephony firewall management; Windows server support for various Army capabilities (e.g. ACAS, HBSS, etc.); and user & desktop support for 2RCC staff.
  • Manages (directly and/or indirectly) approximately 70 systems administration staff.
  • Ensures task completion and compliance with company and government policies throughout the division.
  • Liaisons between Government Division Chiefs, Government Technical Monitors (GTM) and contract staff.
  • Advises management of the feasibility of and resourcing requirements for potential future projects.
  • Participates as a member on multi-functional teams that design complex technical solutions.
  • Ensure all team products are of the highest quality and meets the established schedule, cost and performance metrics.
  • Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced technical personnel.
  • Responsible for the hiring and allocation of personnel resources within the Enterprise Services Division.
  • Implement common preventive maintenance practices for hardware and software.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact to the customer for all mission support related issues.Candidates must have strong technical background in Network Operations Security Centers/Network Operations Centers/Operations Center operations. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have experience in managing 80+ technical and logistics personnel
  • Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have disciplined ability to generate high quality analysis, reports and presentations in a very busy, and at times, fast moving environment
  • IAT Level III Baseline Certification

Education

  • High school diploma plus 15 years specific experience; or AA/AS plus13 years of experience; or BA/BS plus 11 years of experience

 

Security Clearance

  • Secret
