Job Title:  CCRI Team Lead


Job Location:  DC Metro


Security Clearance:  Minimum interim TS.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of delivery for the efforts contained in this PWS. 
  • Responsible for ensuring optimum project schedule, cost, and technical performance. 
  • Perform project planning by defining milestones, phases and deliverables, as well as scheduling of needed resources across functional domains.
  • Perform and present program reviews to the organization and Government as required.    
  • Provides overall coordination and planning between ARNG HQ and downstream units at the state / territory level including: scheduling for visits; initial coordination of technical information; identification of resources required from both ARNG HQ, Contractor’s support team, and the downstream organization; providing tasking and management of functional SMEs; regular coordination with ARNG HQ G6 staff on status and pending activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of experience of DOD IT/Communications experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience directly related to managing Cyber Defense activities for the US Army or Army National Guard.
  • Prior experience as a US military employee either at Bridge-or-below staff level (O-4 or higher), or as a senior NCO (E-8 or higher), filling Cyber accreditation and/or defense is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of demonstrated experience as a manager of personnel in a DOD environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee personnel, lead cross-functional teams, evaluate and allocate limited resources, coordinate with external organizations and stakeholders, provide oversight for projects from inception to completion, analyze complex situations and provide Courses of Action with recommendations, ability to interface with senior military leadership including to the GO/SES level.
  • Familiarity and demonstrated experience in the execution of USCYBERCOM / ARCYBER Orders, Directives, Guidance, Orders and Program Guidelines and SOPs.
    Briefing Skills, MS Office Software Proficiency.


Certification required: DOD 8570 IAM-III (GLSC, CISM, or CISSP)
