Job Title: VTC Operations Engineer II
Job Location: Kuwait
Security Clearance: Secret
Coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to VTC systems hardware, software and operating systems, and attached devices; includes investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network hardware and software. Provide technical services to support SWA AOR regarding all Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and media operation matters, to include the operations, maintenance and engineering sustainment of Kuwait based Theater Video Bridges (TVB). Oversee daily operations and management of all neighbored VTC bridges on the VCS cluster across three network enclaves. Provide subject matter expertise in the configuration and operations of various VTC implementations, to include Cisco, Tandberg, and Polycom. Provide technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by the Government.
