Job Title:  Mobilization and Deployment Specialist

 

Job Location:  Tampa, FL

 

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiates, tracks and manages the process to obtain Oversees Passport, VISAs, and work permits with employees
  • Works in partnership with external vendor that expedites visa, passport, company registration, authentication process
  • Ensures compliance with Foreign Clearance Guidelines and AOR requirements for Direct Contract Employees.
  • Manages Pre-Deployment requirements to match the needs of the contract, CRC policy and AOR requirements.
  • Coordinates Conus Replacement Center schedules, requirements, waivers, and travel arrangements.
  • Interacts closely and continually with onboarding employees to ensure completion of pre-deployment requirements.
  • Communicates with Subcontractor’s and oversees employee’s pre-deployment requirements and administers their LOAs.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of federal, state, and other regulations applicable to job.
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role with prior experience in HR or travel industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to understand and explain policies and guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization and external vendors
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful and organized to work in a multi-functional role
  • Excellent diplomacy and judgment when handling confidential and challenging situations
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Education

  • BA degree or equivalent education/experience required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
