Job Title: Project Control Specialist

Job Location: Shaw AFB, SC

Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship required.

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a cleared candidate to provide support to for the United States Air Force. Under the CTSS program, Trace Systems provides operations, maintenance, administration, and management support to USAFCENT A6, 379ECS, and ODRP in CONUS and in the USCENTCOM AOR. Task areas to be supported include: Program Management, Communications Planning and Engineering, Cybersecurity, Spectrum Operations, RF Transmission, SATCOM Operations, and Logistics.
 

Trace Systems is seeking a Project Control Specialist to support our on-site team based in Shaw, AFB. The Project Control Specialist shall have experience in working in direct support of the program/project manager relating to management and administrative information and activities, such as budgeting, manpower, and resource planning and reporting.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing documents/tasks and developing complex project schedules for tracking resources and other management activities
  • Attending staff meetings as required
  • Performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solution
  • Develop work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and trend analysis
  • Interfacing with local host nation sponsor for housing, transportation, communication, and compliance with travel and visa requirements as well as other support issues.
  • Assisting in the administrative support and compliance with contract policies and reporting criteria.
  • Supporting military policies and providing policy guidance for contractor personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of general experience, of which eight years is directly related experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with the following:
  • Preparing and analyzing documents/tasks and developing complex project schedules for tracking resources and other management activities
  • Performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solution
  • Develop work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and trend analysis
  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
