Overview:

Job Title: SharePoint Administrator
Location: Erbil, Iraq

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting and enhancing digital strategy, focusing on effective data and records management.
  • Administer and manage the SharePoint ensuring they serve as an effective platform for online collaboration.
  • Provide shared file storage solutions, enhancing the accessibility and organization of critical documents.
  • Develop and implement digital workflows on the SharePoint site to boost productivity and streamline processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain various digital tools within the SharePoint to support program objectives.
  • Organize, populate, catalog, maintain, and archive program data and documentation across SharePoint.
  • Facilitate and enhance collaborative processes across digital spaces, ensuring seamless interaction and information sharing among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support in the use of digital platforms for effective team collaboration and communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable to start)

  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

  • A minimum of five (5) years related work experience. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in technical support for Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003/System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 or SCCM 2012 in an Enterprise environment. 
  • Must possess understanding of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online), along with familiarity with older versions of SharePoint, specifically 2013 and onwards.

  • Must have foundational basic knowledge in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and CAML.

  • Must have preliminary experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, NINTEX, and InfoPath.

  • Must have the following required certifications: Microsoft Certified IT Professional or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
  • A Comptia Security+CE certification or equivalent is also required.
  • Travel required CONUS/OCONUS up to 10%.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field is preferred.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
