Job Title: SIPRNet Lead

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a SIPRNET Lead to support, manage, and oversee the network for the 61 CS BOS-IT contract in Los Angeles, CA. 

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of SIPRNet infrastructure. Responsibilities include, e.g., leading the SIPRNet team, SIPRNet account administration, data backup and storage, advising on projects, site visits, providing technical solutions.
• Reponsible for developing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining a standardized maintenance program for all contractor-supported government equipment based on DoD and AF guidance, industry standards and/or best practices, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service manuals, AF Technical Orders (TO), and established local procedures.
• Be responsible for staffing, formulating and enforcing work standards, creating personnel schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees.
• Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and other resources (both internally and externally) while being a liaison among customers and employees.
• Use key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted services, support management and decision-making, and facilitate communications.
• Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. 
• Provide Architecture and Management Support services to include but not limited to, e.g., site surveys, inspections, design and review assistance, requirements development, path profiles and studies, and coverage surveys.
• Develop technical solutions and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and submit CIPs to meet new requirements or solve unique network or equipment problems.
• Other duties as required.

Work is performed full-time on site in Los Angeles, CA.

If the position applied to is not located in California, the following information may not apply. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, Trace provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, company holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Salary Minimum:   $50,000

Salary Maximum:  $90,700

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant Network Operations experience.
• FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or VMWare: VCTA-DCV, equivalent certification or higher or Microsoft: MCSA or equivalent certification or higher or Linux: Linux+ or equivalent or higher level certifications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science OR a minimum of 11+ years of relevant Network Operations experience.
