Job Title: Combined Joint NetOps Control Center (CJNCC) Lead

Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is seeking a Combined Joint NetOps Control Center (CJNCC) Lead to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Combined Joint NetOps Control Center (CJNCC) Lead will manage and oversee the breadth of CJNCC support including development and technical management of CJNCC activities such as Network Operations (NetOps), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Global Broadcast Services (GBS) for USFK.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritized restoration of scheduled and unscheduled system/network outages.
  • Conduct research, technical analysis, and trend analysis of NetOps, SATCOM, and GBS issues and develop deliverables and presentation materials for briefing to Government personnel.
  • Prepare and present detailed briefings, staff action plans, white papers, operations analysis, Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to general officers off and on the peninsula.
  • Set and manage shift schedules for 24/7/365 CJNCC support personnel.
  • Lead the planning of joint and coalition communication networks and architectures.
  • Manage provisioning of operations, maintenance, material acquisition, and installations support for J6 core Communications Systems networks.
  • Develop, update, and maintain operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), common operating picture (COP), Mission Essential Circuit List (MECL), Korea Information Grid (KIG) configurations, and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
  • Research and provide recommendations on advanced technology, technology insertion, and technology integration issues to support deployment of new technologies in CJNCC.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret clearance.

  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of and provide consultation on a wide range of technical principles, theories, and issues.
  • Expert level knowledge of operational-level combined, joint, and land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace services doctrine.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous U.S. military experience
  • United States Pacific Command (PACOM) or United States Forces Korea (USFK) transport experience

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology (IT) OR minimum 7 years’ experience of training and experience in Network Operations (NetOps) or other IT fields.
