Overview:

Job Title: ROK/US Interoperability Program Manager

Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is seeking a ROK/US Interoperability Program Manager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The ROK/US Interoperability Program Manager will resolve interoperability issues between the Republic of Korea (ROK) Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) J6, United States Forces Korea (USFK) staff, US Pacific Command (PACOM), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), and JUSMAG.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational, systems, and technical recommendations for the interoperability architecture.
  • Provide Korean-English translation of technical documents and meetings.
  • Support members participating in the ROK/US C2 Interoperability Board (CCIB) meeting, the annual C4I summit and the Tri-Lateral Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) meetings between Korea, Japan, and the US.
  • Provide organization and planning support between the ROK JCS, USFK, and PACOM J61.
  • Support, attend, and participate in Operation Planning Team (OPT) technical meetings and Air Component Command (ACC), Global Component Command (GCC), Naval Component Command (NCC), Combine Marine Forces Command (CMFC) meetings.
  • Prepare senior leadership deliverables for General Officers, Senior Executive Service leader, working groups, and governance boards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support development of interoperability documentation and solutions, to include consideration for lifecycle management, cost, security, and other related factors, for briefing to organizational leadership.
  • Manage the USFK J6 Personnel Installation and Vehicle Pass Program.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret clearance.

  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Republic of Korea (ROK)/US Interoperability policy.
  • Defense Language Institute (DLI) Qualification Level of 2/2/2 for Comprehension, Reading, and Speaking in Korean.
  • Familiarity and experience with resolving technical and engineering issues across all levels of the OSI model.
  • Willingness to travel in support of the mission, upon Government request.

  • High School Diploma
