The Level I Technician will provide support to the Service Desk team and customers in the troubleshooting, configuring and repairing of network related problems and by training customers on equipment to meet mission requirements. Additionally, the Level I technician will be required to provide on-site (customer) support as needed. Travel up to 20%.
